A competent professional with Four years of experience in Laboratory research in Biology and Lecturing Engineering students followed by fifteen years of extensive Industry R&D experience in Drug Discovery, Preclinical (Animal Experimentation), Clinical diagnostics, and Clinical Research (Phase 11 to IV). He is also specially trained in handling research patients & data generation methodologies in Clinical Research.
He worked extensively on drug development in Oncology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Infectious Diseases, and Critical care divisions. He has immense technical exposure on sample analysis / Animal handling as per GLP / OECD guidelines and Bioequivalence / Bioavailability studies in human subjects. Dr. Srinivasakumar has qualitative experience in clinical trial monitoring, Data Management, Medical Writing, Safety Reporting, and Project Management. He is Expertise in preparing Clinical-Operations proposals for submission to sponsors & conducting investigator training. An out of box thinker with excellent team management/building & motivation skills. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with hands-on experience in networking with project partners and allied agencies. He is good in the extensive use of Monitoring Plan, communication plan, risk management plan, Data Management plan. Dr. Srinivasakumar also has international exposure to academic and scientific engagements.
