Our CSR efforts focus on supporting underprivileged students with their education. Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand our business both within India and internationally. We provide a range of services including housekeeping, electrical maintenance, and garden care.
BACKGROUND
Tamil Nadu is among the leading states in the textile sector in India. It also employs a significant percentage of the population. Impact on sector output due to global market (a significant percentage of finished textile accounts for exports) and other sector-specific issues has periodically affected the sector. KNCCI will work on raw material to finished products and most importantly designing from a global trend perspective. This would help in making the Textile sector in Tamil Nadu to be a single node for all aspects of the textile sector in turn help in mitigating as far as possible the potential impacts on the sector.
THE OBJECTIVES AND GOALS OF THE TEXTILES COMMITTEE
- Promote end to end of textile sector-related activities from a world-class perspective in Tamil Nadu Ensure any potential impact on the vulnerable section of the workforce in the sector is mitigated as far as possible.
- Create a Centre of Excellence by bringing all stakeholders including traditional textiles (Like Kancheepuram silk) from an engagement model to create value for all.
- Delegation visits for all stakeholders between Tamil Nadu and Japan to absorb and implement best practices by creating tangible value for all.
